Normal Business Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time).
MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS - Minimum order is $25.00 net.
PAYMENT TERMS
All payments are net 30 days. Statements are issued only to outstanding accounts. Amounts outstanding over 60 days are subject to immediate collection by credit agency and credit hold or prepayment on any future orders.

F.O.B. POINT
All Product will be shipped: F.O.B. Surrey, BC for stock supplies; F.O.B. Factory for equipment; Central Canada manufacturing facility for large supply orders.
SHIPPING & WAREHOUSING
All items will be shipped best way unless otherwise specified. We can hold items in our warehouse when it becomes necessary due to scheduling delays and under special circumstances.
LEAD TIME
All stock items will ship in two (2) working days unless specific ship dates are requested. All custom product is subject to a 4 - 8 week lead time.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
All product returned must be accompanied by a writer return authorization from an authorized staff member of Acme Visible Filing Systems Ltd. and is subject to a restocking fee except in the case of defective goods or error on the part of our company. Special custom orders and dated items such as year labels and orders in production not normally stocked are ineligible for returns or cancellation once production has started. No product is eligible for return after 90 days. Returned goods as authorized by seller are eligible for credit only towards Acme Visible products. Promptly unpack and check your order for errors and omissions immediately after receipt.
WARRANTY
Manufacturer and seller warrant goods purchased from this reference guide to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of shipment. This warranty shall not apply in the event that goods are damaged by the result of misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, application, modification or repair by persons not authorized by seller or where the product date stamps have been defaced, modified or removed. Where goods are damaged during shipment, buyer remedy shall be limited to a refund by seller or replacement of the goods at seller’s option and shall in no event include damages of any kind, whether incidental, consequential or otherwise.
GUARANTEES
Manufacturer guarantees that the material, supplies or equipment furnished are first class as to material and workmanship and suitable for the purpose for which they are intended.
