Alphabetic Labeling Systems - ACME VISIBLE
Acme's alphabetic color code system uses the first three initials of the primary file title to work with color to help differentiate files and eliminate miss-files.
If it is a persons name, it is the first three initials of the surname that get color coded.
If it is a corporate name or title, the first three significant initials are used.
With our individual alphabetic color code labels there are 13 colors that make up the 26 letters of the alphabet, and colors are represented with a dash in the center of the label in the second half of the alphabet.
Once files are on the shelf a rainbow effect appears, and if files are out of correct order a color clash is evident.
These color codes assist our clients in finding files much faster, eliminating costly missfiles, and adding to the professionalism in the office it has been incorporated.
